- To provide fastpitch softball experience and instruction at a higher level of competition than intramural or recreational programs, while assisting players to improve their skills and knowledge of the game.
- To instruct and educate players in the skills required to participate at the high school and college levels of play.
- To provide guidance and support, both on and off the field.
- To encourage sportsmanship and develop character, leadership, and a positive attitude.
