Our Mission:

To instruct and educate players in the skills required to participate at the recreational, travel, high school and college levels of play, while assisting players to improve their skills and knowledge of the game.

To provide guidance and support, both on and off the field.

To encourage sportsmanship and develop character, leadership, and a positive attitude.
North Carroll Hot Shots started in 1998 and consists of recreational and travel fastpitch softball teams for ages 6U-Adult for both Fall and Spring seasons. Our teams compete in the Mason Dixon League, Central Maryland League, and/or Tournaments across the country in all levels of competition. We are a dedicated organization that takes pride in coaching our young ladies in a manner that is fun but informative. From a seasoned player to someone who has never thrown a ball, we strive for our girls to have a love for the sport throughout their entire career and come back to help teach and coach the next generation. This organization has become a family of great coaches, administrators, friends, and players. We hope that you will join us in the upcoming years as a player, family member, sponsor, or volunteer.
